First of all this is a good idea that you want to protect your lap top with a skin against scratch's but this skin is very,very, very, sticky so i would advise you to carefully make sure you have it in the right position.However i wanted to see how easy it would be to take off and i dont recommend it! It will in FACT leave sticky residue all over your lap top that's hard to get off. I will say i just bought my skin at target today  for $9.99 so at least the price is ok.
